Most  people use their own transportation card and it is really convenient in many aspects. You don’t need to waste time to buy a card and you can get a transfer discount.
Also if you buy a foreigner one, named Seoul Citypass+, you can visit some famous tourist attractions and restaurants with the discount price. http://www.seoulcitypass.com/   You can get more information in this site.

You can buy a disposable card, and  recharge a transportation card in this machine.

There is a tranportation card in my purse.

There are many interesting places and events in the Seoul subway.
My favorite station is GwangHwamun. I will introduce some attractive places in the station, and near the station on next posts!
